Recently Phil was the principal of South Coast Building Consultants for 13 years.
In this role, Phil has assisted over 200 clients and completed over 1500 matters relating to Building issues. Insurance advocacy, Building Disputes, Facilities Management, Tendering, Contract advocacy, Hazardous Materials handling, Scopes of works, and just simply being there to help.
Phil has worked within the building industry for over 45 years, starting as an apprentice Carpenter to owning and operating a successful Building Consultancy practice.
